4. Bookings and Payments

a. Booking Policy

Sessions are booked via our website or third-party platforms. Full payment is required to confirm your booking. All prices are listed in your local currency or GBP (British Pounds) or $ (USD) unless otherwise stated.

b. Cancellation and Refund Policy

We honor your time and ask the same in return.

  • 1:1 Consultations: Must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance to be rescheduled.

  • Programs and Digital Products: All sales are final unless otherwise stated. No refunds on digital or downloadable products.

  • Group Programs: Refund requests are considered only before the program start date.

If you miss a session without notice, it will be considered a no-show, and no refund or reschedule will be offered.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on SherileTurner.com—program materials, videos, downloads, meditations, logos, text, graphics—is the property of LaLa Media Ltd and is protected under copyright and trademark laws.

You may not:
